Welcome to Codelli Technologies. By accessing or using our websites, custom cloud infrastructures, platform portals, or developer sandboxes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly.

1. Technical Resources & Systems Usage

Our platforms, custom e-commerce extensions, open-source plugins, and API integrations are engineered for enterprise capability. You agree not to perform any stress testing, high-frequency request injection, or server cluster telemetry harvesting unless explicitly authorized in your SLA.

2. Property Rights & Code Assets

All custom templates, low-latency database engines, micro-OS diagnostic modules, and platform source structures remain the exclusive property of Codelli Technologies, unless distributed under open-source licenses (such as GPL for our CMS extensions).

3. Limitation of Liability

Codelli Technologies provides platforms and cloud environments on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we target 99.99% system uptime as per our corporate directives, we do not accept liability for operational downtime or data delays caused by external network relays.
